I build agent harnesses, edge services and local ML pipelines, and I write up what happened. Posts are field notes: terse, first person, past tense. Every claim carries a receipt — a command and its real output, a log line, a commit. Where I didn't measure something, I say so.

Five subjects: agent and LLM engineering, Cloudflare and the edge, local ML on Apple Silicon, dev tooling, and postmortems. The last is a format rather than a subject and shows up across the other four.

The feed is the only subscription. There's no newsletter and no tracking.
